TRIALS AND RETURNS
We encourage trials on mouthpieces, but appreciate a heads up. We may have more pieces we suggest trying together and we can provide special trial packages. Please don't hesitate to ask.
We accept returns within 14 days and process within 1-3 days upon return of the merchandise in the same condition it was shipped. We don't charge a re-stocking fee, but need to account for any damages to a product. Please treat product with care if it might be returned.
